It's really sickening how kids can do these kinds of shit. Reminds of the Junko Furuta case and really it just disgusts me. The sad fact is it's inevitable due to poor raising of kids by irresponsible parents.

You can't execute kids that age, but they have obvious psychological issues and should probably be locked up in an institution for the rest of their lives.

I've watched enough Law and Order over the years to no more than likely, this is what would happen. If someone defends them, they'll fight that they don't need to be locked up, but in an institute to get help. They wont get the help they need being behind bars. Execution is out of the question though... unless they were black.
