Shows That Got Shafted

With Arrested Development getting their new season after being canceled years ago thanks to Netflix, I feel like now's a good times to talk about other shows that ended too soon due to poor ratings or whatever reason. The first one that comes to mind for me is Firefly, and I've never even watched the one season it had (I plan to soon).

I was pretty into The River.... and Life with Louie on HBO was just fantastic

For me it was the show Dirt! that was on FX. I thought it was a very interesting show. Nice story, compelling, different from everything else out there. But they cut it halfway through the second season.

My Name Is Earl actually ended on a "to be continued". I would love even a web series that finishes the story.

Firefly stands out to me. Another Nathan Fillion show Drive(though I love cannonball run type themes) Vegas is likely to be cancelled though it's really good. I feel like Friday Night Lights had more to offer but I blame the writers strike. Chris knows what I'm talking about he's from dillion. Perhaps Jericho. Veronica Mars, Terra Nova and Life on Mars (US) stick out.

Wasn't that mostly Jason Lee's fault? He wanted to do something else and as much I liked Memphis Beat it just wasn't nearly as good.

So Weird on Disney Channel totally got screwed over. Fi totally should have got possessed and had that exorcism.

Yeah, Life on Mars and Firefly for me. I'd like to give a nod to Legend of the Seeker, too. Maybe now that Raimi is done with Spartacus.... lol.

Could never get ijto Firefly, So I wasn't shedding any tears or punching walls because it got cancelled. But I always thought Action!(I think thats what it was called) with Jay Mohr didn't get the tiem it needed to catch on. I always thought it was a funny show in the same kind of vain of Arrested Development, but more Hollywood agent-ee.
