Show Related Threads when you're making a new thread

The related threads are currently shown at the bottom of a thread. Why not make it show when you're making a new thread? No point of showing the related threads after someone makes a thread.

Just realized the system we use isn't a plugin, it's in MyBB core (so it's done through ACP).

Tagging @[Xanth] to install this, can't on this netbook.

That is a very good idea due to the many duplicate threads being made in the WWE sections regarding spoilers/news.

This'd keep running search queries every time the person types in the box, which could be a little performance intensive.

Doubt it'd be enough to kill our server, just pointing out facts.
