Definitely not. A sports bar is better because it covers a whole bunch of different sports, not just one focus. If you make it a wrestling bar, it will only attract that group, and wrestling isn't on every single day, unlike sports in general. There is more variety in a general sports bar.

Most of the "Wrestling bars" are actually disguised as MMA/Boxing bars with some other sports airing as well, at least around here that's the case I've noticed.

You could probably get away with using it as a main part of the sports bar if you had MMA & Boxing as the featuring and also showed something like Baseball with it.
As far as I know the Wrestling sports bars are a dead breed :(
