Actually, that's a great idea. If you have 30 day permits, and a STD test and screen required to reup every month, it'd make the government the money they'd need to legalize it.

I just can't imagine hookers claiming their wages to get taxed lol.

Hell, look at Las Vegas. It's one of the richest cities in the world. Sex and drugs, they're not just fun, but more importantly, they sell. If this ideology were taken to a national scale, the recession would last all of a couple more months.

Tax evasion is a problem no matter what lol. Waitresses, anyone who receives tips. Same with pot sellers, and people who cut wood and sell it. Cash businesses ALWAYS have issues with taxes. With that being said, i like the 30 day permit thing. Great idea!
