I predict we are on the eve of a World War. I've been predicting this since late last year.

NATO will remain NATO for better or for worse.
Israel will be.... Israel, and at the end of the day get their asses kicked.
North Korea wouldn't last more then 6 months being generous, dispite the fact they have the 4th largest standing army in the world and are the most militarized country in the world.
Iran, North Korea, Venezuela will definetely be part of that opposing NATO.
There is a strong chance Cuba will oppose the states also, because they are very close with Venezuela and have a very conflicted relationship with the United States.
China MAYBE interested in leveling the debt with the United States, god knows they'll never see a single dime.
China to this day can annihilate any 1 country in warfare, easily. This includes the United States.
Various 3rd world countries will pick sides also.

Sure China has a larger army but it is pretty well irrelevant. First, they can't use the whole of their military to invade the US.

Second, they might have a bigger army but the Americans have the best weapons technology in the world, far out stripping China's. The US's naval and air forces would make life extremely short for any Chinese attempting a ground invasion.

Nuclear weapons don't make a whole hell of a lot of difference in this either because they both do have them. The second either country launched their missiles the other wouldn't be very far behind. It is mutual destruction and it would serve neither side.

China wouldn't be able to invade the US. They have one incomplete super carrier from the soviet period. They have two in development. America on the other hand has 11 super carrier. The top 11 carriers in the world. America also spends 607 billion dollars on military, compared to China's 85 billion. So yeah they can try to send all their unequipped men, but they would get mowed down.

Oh and about the nukes, China only has 20 that could reach America. America has 2,000 that could hit anywhere on the planet. China has pledge to not use nukes first though, America has not.

Pretty much... USA vs China would be a loss-loss, nobody has the strenght to win a military conflict on the opposite. It would just end up in nukes abuse.
