The lightweight has only fought three times in the US. He went 1-1 for Strikeforce, losing a championship fight to Gilbert Melendez. He was defeated by Bellator's champion Eddie Alvarez in a non-title bout.

Aoki will look to add ONE FC's lightweight title, to match his DREAM belt, as he challenges Kotetsu Boku. It's the champion's first defense since winning in October.

They headline ONE FC: Kings and Champions on April 5. It comes from the Singapore Indoor Stadium and will air across all of Asia.

Shinya Aoki is a great addition to the One FC roster, one my fav. jiu jitsu artists fo sho. Feel free to check him out people!
