Shelton's Promo

Shelton's promo on ECW last night was actually quite good. It sort of surprised the hell out of me. He actually showed that he has mic skills and can actually work a crowd.

Could it be that moving to ECW was the best thing that has happened to Shelton? I say see if he can keep up the great promo work then put the ECW title on him as a test run for a possible world title at somepoint down the road.

I'm just amazed because I had given up on the guy about a year ago. Despite his great work in the ring, he has always been prone to shoot himself in the foot when it came to mic work and mental errors in the ring.

I'm glad that he proved me wrong and I hope he can keep it up.

I should start watching ECW i dident get to see it yet.

Moving to ECW gave him the space he needed and the motivation he craved, obviously he was going to become a better man because of it.

At the same time it will be hard to move on from the small time fame he'll receive in ECW, we'll have to wait and see if any freak opportunities are still to come for the blond haired one.

it's about time WWE should push him.. I like WGTT but sadly it was holding Benjamin Back...

His promo last night shocked me because I always thought he lacked the ability in the speaking section of being a wrestler....but I guess we all did and we were proven wrong. I hope that he actually wins the ECW Title in a couple of months...maybe at Mania.

he'll get a title shot and soon....it's kinda sad in a way because that'll just push these other guys back...Burke, Thorne, and some of these other guys that could be contenders for that title are going to go back to the burner for a while

I'm hoping for a great 15-20 min PPV between him and Punk. Anyone have a video of last night's ECW. I've given up on the show since Kane, Mark Henry, and Khali started showing up. Sadly even CM Punk isn't enough to keep me watching ECW anymore.
