-very bad banner imo. here are some of the reasons:
1- bad psd cutting
2- bad text used, not suiting the theme
3- bad bkg, really is just a big mess
4- too much too many images in the banner
5- no graphical work, just random bunch of stuff thrown in the banner.
read tutorials and see other's work to get some ideas about GFX. good luck.

^^ Yeh I agree. I was just muckin around with new brushes I got and for the first time I didn't cut the psds I found out about websites that did it already so I used them and yeh I can never find a good HBK font.
