Ah yes, the legendary match when Owen kicked Bret's leg from under his leg, but of course Bret got the last laugh with the title win... One of my fave WM of all time.

I agree or concur, I have watched the match a many of times. I also like the steel cage match between him and Owen at Summerslam 94 but this was the match of the night without a doubt.

Bad News Allen Beats a Jobber In Vince McMahon Sr's WWWF, Mar. 31, 1979

Bad News Allen defeated a jobber in Vince Mcmahon Sr's WWWF, on Mar. 31, 1979. Allen (Allen Coage), was a Pan Am and Olympic medalist before turning pro, and wrestled internationally. WWF fans may remember him as Bad News Brown, who had a few memorable brawls with Piper and Hogan, but never got a top-carder push. The jobber in 1979 was Frankie Williams, who continued in the same role in Vince Jr's WWF.

BTW, That occasion when Owen beat Bret was the only one I know of Bret putting Owen over. He should have let Owen hold the strap at least briefly. [/B]

Next Monday, May 30, is the premiere of the third season of VH1′s smash hit reality series Basketball Wives, and judging from the supertrailer, there is a load of drama in store this season. To give us some insight as to what to expect from the drama-filled new season, the show’s producer and star, Shaunie O’Neal recently spoke with us about her feelings towards Royce Reed, whether Gloria Govan would be returning and her thoughts on the show receiving backlash from the public.

On Her Feelings Towards Royce
“We’ve got a lot in store for you. There has been some changes to the cast and some familiar faces. Royce is back. But truthfully I don’t really deal with her this season. After her behavior at the reunion show, I realized she wasn’t someone I wanted to give my time to.â€

“I think the rest of the girls and I have realized that Royce is the type of woman that constantly has to have some sort of drama going on, so we’ve come to expect it. She’s involved in some drama now, with Jen over the leaking of Royce’s pictures. So I try not to deal with her.â€

On Meeka Claxton (Wife of Speedy Claxton) Joining the Cast
“Meeka was very persistent. She reached out to us regularly, emailing her credentials, pictures, really letting us know why she belonged on the show.â€[...]Well she’s already found some drama. I can’t give too much away but let’s just say, she had to learn the hard way.â€

On the Show Receiving Backlash
“It is what it is. I don’t know the answer everyone is looking for. Some woman, somewhere all over the world, is like each one of these women. It may not be you, but its someone you know. The drama, the fights, that’s real. That’s not something I’m responsible for. I wish all TV had a constant message, but it doesn’t. Our show is just another slice of reality.â€

On Whether Gloria Would Be Returning
“Gloria is actually going to be apart of another show I’m doing
