I mean, it sucks to see people losing their jobs but outside of Bronson and maybe Mercedes, I don't see anything wrong with releasing these people tbh. That whole roster needs refreshing badly and a huge shakeup isn't a bad thing.

It's so wrong, but it's kinda funny Cole was supposedly meeting with Vince at SmackDown presumably about a new big contract then a bunch of NXT people get released lol

Honestly, do you even know who 75% of these people are though? They aren't at all essential guys but they almost all provide some value. WWE's roster was way bloated before, but now the main roster is anemic and they could have at least used a handful of these dudes to fill out the undercard so it isn't five rematches per week between Raw and Smackdown.

PWInsider is reporting that WWE has plans to repackage NXT with a new logo, new lighting and a different format to shows.

It was also said the idea is for there to be more of a focus on younger talent going forward.

The “housecleaning” tonight appears to be part of working towards that direction, for better or for worse.

I know like 6 of them and know Rust from being in the Diamond Mine, that's it. It might sound harsh or just plain ignorant, but if they're to do with 205 live then I couldn't give the slightest of fucks about them. The whole 205 live experiment just needs canning
