Wow. Anthem really can't go a few months without doing something weird/stupid ever since the rebranding... lol.

I wish they had just sold to Scott.

The only one of these things that is baffling to me is Gail. She’s not only a legit TNA legend who wants to be a part of the company but she’s universally beloved and a great ambassador for the brand. There’s always a place for someone like that…especially when their career is so positively intertwined with your company.

Everything else…whatever. They reshuffle all the time. They will again by this time next year.

What makes it weird is that they’ve been selling more tickets lately. They weathered the D’Amore departure and it costing them several top talents that were his people (Alexander, Speedball, MCMG, Kushida…probably even Jordynne who asked to have her contract cut down when he was fired but she was going to get the full court WWE press whenever it ended anyway) and somehow came out doing better business. Likely because of NXT and a little bit of Hendry/Hardy popularity…but the reward for that appears to be pink slips.

But, again, this is what they do. It just bugs me that they did it to Gail Kim because she’s in a different bucket than the other behind the scenes names

This is somehow more of a stink of death than in 2016-17. And those were dark times
Very dark indeed. After the end of 2017 was when I stopped watching all the time.

Really disappointed to see some people on that site justifying this however they can.
Yeah seeing a few "fans" trash her n blame her for the state of the KO div which seems pretty unfair. This is supposed to be miss tna

The report said she was vocal with creative issues so if they think the KO division hasn't been great then they agreed with Gail apparently

There's a guy who seems to be on every TNA post, defending the decisions made no matter who gets screwed over. Seems to be happy they got rid of people, and their response to a report of a talent wanting to leave the company when their deal runs out was pretty much "how dare they not be grateful? other people would love to work there, everyone is replaceable".

Some really weird people out there.

Also, I can't imagine how it must feel to be fired as the company boast on TV about selling out arenas :/

Possibly getting ready to be bought out by WWE?
One has to wonder, yea. At least about if they are in the ears of Anthem in some way.

The E fully taking over, even if it's just on paper, is very possible at this point I guess.
