Seth Rollins (Tyler Black) Speaks on why he left ROH for WWE

On Why He Left Ring Of Honor For WWE: "I love ROH, but the life span of someone in this profession is short...unless you're a Flair or Hogan type...which I do not ever want to be. So we have to make a lot of money as fast as we can. WWE is the ONLY place in our industry right now where that is possible. In addition, it was always my dream to wrestle for and entertain as many people as I can. I grew up on WWE and main eventing Wrestlemania has been a dream of mine for a long time."

Anyone else find it interesting how he mentioned money first before he mentioned headlining WrestleMania? Usually it's the other way around.

If it's all about the money, than he is in the right place. I like wrestlers who think about the business aspect instead of acting like marks.

So what if he wants to make more money? That is what is in fact what makes the world turn. Like Deezy said at least he is being realistic and honest about it. I mean if he just wanted to headline shows and PPVs he could stay in RoH for that...

Yeah, at least he's being honest. Besides even if he cares mostly about the money he's still one of the most intense and dedicated wrestlers I've seen.
I really hope that Tyler can make it on WWE, he's got all the tools needed.

Good outlook. Understands that the average career isn't very long and that he needs to make as much money as possible while he is fit and healthy to set him up for life after wrestling. I am sure that he will make it in WWE and will have a good career with them. Still surprises me he is only 25.

I have no problem with this, and of course the extra money with only one big dog in town does make a difference, but I hope for his sake that he gets used decent, because there is only so long good money can keep you happy in a shit job, someone's career should be important also.

With his age he can give it a shot for a couple of years and if it doesn't work out I am sure he will get a job back in ROH or possibly in TNA. He has to take a chance and try to succeed in the top company. Few thought Punk would succeed when he joined WWE and for over a year they kept saying he should have gone to TNA like Samoa Joe did since Joe was being booked as a title contender at that stage, in the end Punk made the right decision and I think Seth Rollins will eventually show he made the right decision.
