A wild report has surfaced in the case of Elisah Spencer. The 24-year-old jumped the security barrier at last night’s WWE Monday Night Raw and attacked wrestler Seth Rollins as he made his entrance. Now, a Twitter user has made the claim that the attack was being planned for years.
The Twitter user @notKHRIS posted several screenshots of an alleged conversation Spencer had with a fake Seth Rollins. Supposedly, the attacker was being scammed by an online catfish posing as the WWE superstar. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com reported the news on Twitter.
The screenshots were apparently pulled from a social media account belonging to Spencer. According to the Twitter posts, the attack occurred because Spencer was messaging with a fake Seth Rollins account via social media until a “business deal” went sour.
The fake account is said to have eventually ghosted Elisah Spencer, who began the would-be feud with the wrestler in 2019. The screenshots show messages purportedly from Spencer to the fake Rollins account. Some of them use threatening language.
“The fake Seth seemed to have scammed this dude out of hundreds of dollars and then got the guys “bae” arrested because of a fake check. This is sad all around”
The bizarre twist is unverified currently, as the poster didn’t provide a source for the screen shots. At this time, we cannot be sure the screenshots are authentic. If it’s true, this adds a wild plot turn in this ongoing story.
