Server Move

Tomorrow Wednesday 1/18/12, I will be moving the site to a new server.

This will hopefully put a end to all the lag issues we have had over the last few weeks, and make the forum a much better place to browse without dealing with a ton of lag and unbearable slow times.

Site will be done early morning 8AM CST and could be done anywhere from 2-24 hours, just depends on how long it takes for the site to propagate into the new server.

I am assuming by "Done" you mean down....and you coulda said we were supporting the internet black outs

Hopefully know one has abandoned us because of the server issues we've had recently we're fixing it!

and while some people may find this to be annoying (who doesn't?) it is a good sign for the forum. It means were progressing and moving onto the next level, which is great. Hopefully no one has left over the issue and sees were handling this as quick as we can.

I told myself last year I wouldn't post on forums anymore, but slowly this forum is getting me back it's a great place for someone to come and get away from life. I see no HARMFUL fights or abuse towards other members you guys are working really hard it seems so kudos.

For once I'd like to say thanks to you guys because I know the server cost aren't cheap. Don't worry I'm not going anywhere I'll be here till the end.

and in hindsight where would people go if they left? PWS, WF, WC? This place may not have 200 members on at a once, but I'm sure it will one day if people opened their eyes and realized this place has more up side to it than those other places.

Server move couldn't happen today because I didn't log in yesterday so I couldn't send some more details across that were needed for the server move. Info has been sent so everything has been pushed back by a day.

Doing this in the morning. So the site will be down starting @ 8AM CST on 1/19/12.

Longest we will be down is for 24 hours, but should be much less time.
