Piage is gonna be on the main roster soon she is so ready and she has done it all in NXT

There's a list of folks down in NXT who could be brought up easily to the main roster and perform well, some of whom have many accomplishments in NXT. They're not bringing her up until there's something for her to do.

They've just brought up Emma as a counter to Summer Rae and put her into a comedy feud between Fandango and Santino. And they're bringing in Alexander Rusev (and his valet) for a feud to be named later (I'm guessing he'll go on a Ryback-like tear of squash matches before facing off against a Big Show or Mark Henry). I don't see an obvious place to bring Paige into the product at this moment. Not saying there's not a place to insert her, but it's not an obvious one.

She's definitely keeping the title at NXT ArRival unless they want to give NXT more views by having Emma walk onto Raw with the title on and could lead to a possible AJ Lee vs. Emma match at 'Mania 30. Not to defend the titles but just to have a Diva's match

I think Aksana and Alicia Fox aren't that bad- They've had some decent matches. You totally forgot to add Eva Marie to the talent-less list.

God Eve Marie totally. I dont hate Aksana and Alycia but they barely get used so why not try the talent of NXT cant exactly make the division worse.

I was hoping they'd use Emma more effectively, instead of making her do dance-offs. However, I do kind of ship her and Santino together.

Hopefully it turns into a Summer Rae vs Emma feud and Santino and Fandango and the dance offs fade into the background. Worryingly though with Emma being paired with Santino it looks like they may be trying to market her to the kiddies.
