I'm British and I absolutely love this show. I got into it about six years ago when I caught an episode on the television and from there I was hooked. I ended up buying the first and second season to start with and of course once I got done watching a few of them, I ordered the rest and watched them over and over again up until I could remember pretty much every line of the episode I was watching, it's safe to say that I was addicted. I have all the DVD's sat on the desk in my bedroom but I haven't touched them in a little over a year, so I don't have as much memory of the show as I thought I did. It might be time to watch it back to be honest.
Lately I've been watching 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia', and honestly to me it seems like the Seinfeld of now. Sure it doesn't have stand up, but it reminds me of Seinfeld with all of the wacky things that goes on in the show and how each of them is so egocentric that they would do pretty much anything as long as it benefits them. I'd definitely recommend any Seinfeld fans to check this show out.
From what I do remember of Seinfeld, I really can't pick out a favourite episode since there were just too many that fit the criteria. However one thing that always sticks in my mind whenever I think of Seinfeld is that bit Jerry did about buildings, it went something like 'Why do they call it a "building"? It looks like they're finished. Why isn't it a "built"?'. That line always cracks me up.
