World Prediction Championship 2022 Event #13 Results - Part One

When you roll two dice and get thirteen - you know it is going to be a great day. And that is exactly what fans enjoyed around the world whether it was in D.C or in Nagoya.

Our match for the Grand Championship was a first time match for the big belt, as Jobber Doink opens his second account as champion by taking on a first time challenge in Swerve. Will we finally be invited into Swerve's House or is this going to become Doink's Dominion?

Swerve battled right to the very end - but could only match Doink and not beat him. In regards to the big belt a draw always ends in the champion's favour, and so Jobber Doink retains the belt.

The Grand Prix Event Championship matches continues on from Event #12 - with all five contenders who tied in first place now battling for the chance to win the green belt. Will a winner be found or will another decided be needed to determined the winner?

Because Blaze just won the green belt title decider to become the champion for the third time in his career - and the first person to win the belt for the second time this season (meaning if he win the belt once more he will receive a shot at the Grand Championship - via Option-E).

Lethal will take on challenger The Fourth Wall this week, with Lethal having a good chance of ending the night as a triple champion if all things go right for the official 'Belt Collector' of the WPC.

Unfortunately Lethal drops the belt due to a no-show which results in The Fourth Wall winning the belt with an impressive scores of 9-5. The Juice Prediction Authority has determined that Lethal get a direct rematch for the belt at the next event. Congratulations nonetheless to Fourth for becoming the belts fifth holder.

Jeff's first defence of his second reign as the red belt holder will begin against no easy foe - as he takes on Jobber Doink in a match that has the potential to be an encounter of the evening.

World Prediction Championship 2022 Event #13 Results - Part Two

Following a number one contender's match between Dream Warriors and Sweet & Sour that ended in a tie - both teams will get a shot at the WPC Tag Team Wrestling Championships. A flip of the coin means that the lower ranked Dream Warriors get the first crack of the whip and challenge the Lethal Drivers for the belt.

GC DIVISION UPDATE

As we have officially entered into the 2nd quarter of the season - those who are eligible to challenge for the Grand Champion is now determined by performances from predictions made during the 2nd quarter of the season [rather than just the Overall Leaderboard]. Despite the shake up, Jeff, Chris & HoHo all remain in the GC Division so fall out of the challenge order. However, the like of Lethal Banks and LadyHotRod now find themselves in the division having been slightly off the mark in the overall standings.

Jobber Doink remains the Grand Champion and will take on Jeff for the belt at the next event.

OVERALL STANDINGS

Jobber Doink retained the Grand Championship and takes on Jeff for the big belt at Event #14.

Jeff has double duty as he will defend the !nteractive Championship against LadyHotRod.

Blaze claimed glory by winning the first title decider of the new rules to become the Grand Prix Event Champion to become the only two time champion this season.

The Fourth Wall claimed the Hardcore Championship following a no-show - but will face the former champion Lethal Banks.

The WPC Tag Team Wrestling Championships swapped hands twice during the last previous event, with the titles ending up in the possession of Sweet & Sour (The Fourth Wall & Juice) and their first title defence will take place against Hall of Fame (Chris & Blaze).

A unique match has been booked to take place as Lethal Banks will take on Swerve - with the winner of the contest becoming Jeff's new tag team partner moving forward.

The original Grand Slam winner @Necro returning to WS this week - will this high level predictor return to the WPC for the next event?

Event #14 will take place next week and will be the last change for predictor to improve their rankings ahead of the King of the Ring tournament that will start during the weekend of AEW's Double or Nothing.​
