Scott's situation is weird I know, he detailed it in an interview around when MLP debuted but i don't remember the exact context or timeline.

Essentially he has or had a non-compete with TNA but it didn't prevent him from starting a new company, only going to another one. I want to say that non-compete itself was only a year and is up so he's free 100% but there was some loophole that allowed him to make MLP earlier

I feel like unless things changes, MLP gonna be like 4 shows a year. I know he said other wise before but I will be a believe it when I see it guy. It's now almost February with no shows announced.
