Santino Getting a New Gimmick?, Christian Teaming on ECW, The Funks

- WWE confirmed tonight that Terry and Dory Funk Jr. will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year by Dusty Rhodes. The only other name confirmed by WWE right now is Steve Austin.

- It looks like Santino Marella may be in for some kind of gimmick change. Santino’s unibrow was shaved this week and he was sporting a new hairdo, with highlights. A friend of mine also pointed out during RAW that Santino was acting much “sweeterâ€￾ this week. Let’s hope we’re not in for another homo gimmick by WWE.

- As announced on RAW, Christian will team up with Finlay on tomorrow night’s ECW to take on ECW Champion Jack Swagger and Mark Henry.

I thought that he had a slight look of Ronaldo this week! He had his hair in a similar style and I think he was wering a diamond ear ring! Not really a gimmick but a new look as it seems!

i don't think Santino changing his character.. His look could just bring a new santino image...

since santino has been in wwe, he has changed his haristyle numerous times and that unibrow he didn't have that since starting with them..

remember when test and christian cut there hair, they didnt changed gimmicks either

I don't know...this wasn't just a haircut. He was acting really swishy last night. Not only was he nice and clean cut with freshly waxed eyebrows but he was sporting two huge diamond earrings. I hope they don't do that to him because it would honestly kill any chances he has of being taken seriously down the road. Even if you heard him repremanding the crowd last night...he was doing little flippy hand motions and talking kinda gay.

Wrestlers do this all of the time. It's a slight modification of their gimmick. He's a chickenshit annoying heel. In the shot he was walking around with his chin up like he was one of those assholsters who get into private clubs and act like they are better than anyone else. Very male modelish, very annoying and very arrogant. Good heel work IMO

Exactly ^ he plays his character perfectly but you know I looked into the Santino Marella guy and he actually has an indie history of things to do with MMA and having a decent MMA and Submission moveset. They should let him do some of these stuff.

seemed to me like he was tapping into the Rick "The Model" Martel gimmick with the cocky walk and prettied up face. I hope it only leads to him getting with Rosa and being too good looking for Beth.
