Backstory

PART I

Shane McMahon arrives to Orlando, Florida for an Impact taping and begins to talk with Dixie Carter about the buisness and other things. Shane walks out of her office with a smile on his face, and says I will give you a call later. Shane gets back in his limo and pulls away. As Jim Cornette sees this while speaking to an agent and can't believe what he is seeing. He then goes into Carter's office irate at what he has saw.

Jim Cornette- Have you lost your mind?

Dixie Carter- Excuse Me?

Jim Cornette- Did I just see the demon seed of McMahon here? What in the world?

Dixie Carter: Jim it is buisness, and one day when you grow up you will learn what buisness is.

Jim Cornette: Well sweety I have been in the wrestling buisness for nearly 30 years and I have worked with every sleeze ball there is including McMahon.

Dixie Carter: Well if you don't like the way I do buisness there is the door you old fart.

Jim Cornette: You know what, I try not to use these words and be a good christian but you deep throat blazin skank, I hope TNA goes down into a back hole like every man's d*** goes into yours.

Dixie Carter: I will not have this, get out of here. ( Dixie picks up here phone) Security in my office, security now!

Security comes in and escorts Cornette out of the office when Dixie Carter's phone rings.

Dixie Carter: Hello (pause), Why hello Mr. McMahon.

Dixie Carter on the phone, she puts it on speaker, leans back in her chair and puts her feet up on her desk.

Dixie Carter- Well Vince, I have been expecting to hear from you. Your son Shane was here before.

Vince McMahon- Yes Dixie, I am calling you because this is very important. As you know I have been having some marital problems and just a crisis in general and I need some time off for myself and my family, so I am assuming my son Shane told you the basic outlines of my plans but I would like if you or maybe a representitive of yours along with my son Shane would like to start your own wrestling promotion?

Dixie Carter- Excuse Me? You want us to do what? What about the WWE?

Vince McMahon: Well I am just about done with a deal to sell it to Eric Bishoff.

Dixie Carter- What? I don't mean to be nosy but this be some big crisis for you to be doing this.

Vince McMahon- It is that and that fact, I have spent my whole life in this business and I just need some time for myself.

Dixie Carter- Well what about TNA?

Vince McMahon- Screw it

Dixie Carter- What about all the stars in TNA

Vince McMahon- Bring them with you. Shane is getting the best stars from the WWE to come aboard and you get the best stars from TNA and we will combined them.

Dixie Carter- What does that leave Eric Bishoff with?

Vince McMahon- More than he had in WCW near the end !

PART III

Vince, Shane, Dixie Carter, and some more executives in the wrestling buisness take some time to settle in and sign this and make it official. "This is the biggest change the wrestling industry has seen before" says McMahon. After all the parties have agreed and everything is official and it has been named RWA ( Real Wrestling Alliance) as Bishoff and the WWE over the past 2 months has seen all there stars disapear off of the show as have the fans as Bishoff is not contenplating whether or not to end it all. He has heard officially that the RWA premiere will be on January 20th 2008.

Mr. McMahon has been asked why he didn't just expand on the WWE and sell his love. He said sometimes you need to move on and take a fresh start. And this will indicate and new start in wrestling and his families lives.

Meanwhile the WWE, has continued to go down the toilets as most of the stars furiously have quit, with the only a few stars left. WWE hit the ultimate bottom when they had there pay-per-view Armageddon draw a low wwe total 0.68 buyrate . This show was headlined by Great Khali vs Kane for the World Championship which Khali won to make things worse, the second most hyped match was a big show down between Mark Henry and Boogeyman. This really showed truely the bulk of the roster would be heading over to the RWA. Vince McMahon today announced that he was trademarking and buying the rights to the Pay-Per-View names and Superstar names.

Eric Bishoff over the past month has gotten the wwe slightly better with ratings going up to 2.1 the highest they have been since the McMahons and everyone left. Bishoff has given the younger guys who are left like Dykstra, Marella, Elijah Burke, Cody Rhodes, Paul Lodnon, Etc some pushes. Also some veterans who never got a chance are now getting big chances such as Val Venis, Mark Henry, William Regal, Chuck Palumbo, etc.

Very interesting now. I didn't expect Vince to sell WWE, but nice surprise.

Also, you have way more WWE than TNA it seems. I'm surprised no James Storm, Sting, Booker T, and others. But still I will be checking it out. Good luck
