Departing Thoughts: This isn't meant to come off as a criticism, but I will say that the show was incredibly long. Now some people may love that - but at some points it was intimidating to carry on reading. From my perspective, that match could have taken place over two separate shows. Maybe a RAW or Smackdown separation or maybe a Dynamite/Rampage deal. Either way - it is a dedication to read the show in its entirety and I must admit, by the end of the read I was already starting to forget stuff that was happening at the beginning. This is just my point of view.

One a much more positive though - some of the matches that were written on this shows were just phenomenal and the continued character development is just awesome. Well done to everyone involved, and especially Smark for putting it all together.

The Nova and Brian segment was interesting - Zebowski getting hit on by The Residence seems like an interesting idea - although really they would be following him and not the other way around.

I mean - in this story world, Brian is like the established and perhaps on course favourite to win the Gold Rush tournament. Whilst the Residence - are just the new kids on the block. If as a reader, I'm expected to view them as the Big Fish - then it would only be the Big Fish from the little pond. I would see Brian as - top of his game Sting being approached by Bobby Fish & KOR - both are worth respect, but you know who is sitting on the throne,

Not sure I agree Brian is the favorite myself here, though he is an obvious top babyface.

I was also expecting Pariah in the finals though so I have been known to be incorrect

Jonny and I are teasing. Our characters at least have experience in actual e-feds (I think 4 previous ones for Slate, 2 for Eden, 2 for Nova) so they aren't total rookies, but storylines and getting involved will help us get involved. But the storyline is young and in any storyline we hope both parties gain some things from it by the end. Plus it was fun working on that segment with our friend from Minnesota. :)
