Rusev returning to WWE

It's Rusev Day, once again.

PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources that Rusev (aka Miro in AEW) has been at the WWE HQ in Stamford, CT all day today and was spotted by multiple sources.

According to those we've spoken with today, Rusev has signed with the company and was at HQ today to set the stage for his return.

CJ Perry aka Lana was not with Rusev today.

No word when Rusev will return on camera but he's back in the mix.​

I think 'Rusev Day' will catch on again pretty big so he should be able to have a solid midcard run I reckon​

This really doesn't feel sustainable. Same thoughts on Aleister Black coming back. It's guys who are in or close to the last years of their peak and the TV time they're going to get has got to come from somewhere

Add to that Rusev's infamous overinflated ego and this will just end in tears.

Tbh Rusev was one of the best parts of WWE tv when he was there. He was an amazing foreign heel and then he was even a good babyface which I never would’ve guessed. He was yet another star that Vince ruined with his stupid ideas and not letting anyone get over organically.

Had a shit ton of great matches.

Also WWE now performing a reverse AEW and pillaging the talent.

Slot right back in mid card scene as LA Knight need some competition. Looking forward to seeing Rusev again. When he was on in AEW he fucking rocked. But his instance having CJ with him was shit as she's only easy on the eye and adds no value even as a manager. Hopefully he does great as WWE needs some Big Guys in Smackdown, very bare mid card.
