Royal Rumble Rumored explanation to Royal Rumble finish

Stopspot

Now I’m a big, fat dynamo!
The Rock and CM Punk practiced their Royal Rumble match on Sunday before the pay-per-view. The finish was kept top secret from other talents to the point that they hung a curtain around the ring so nobody could see what they were doing.
Regarding the finish of the match, Punk was pinned after The People's Elbow because their feud had been built on Punk saying that the people don't matter and Rock saying they do.

With Rock as WWE Champion, the idea is he will be doing a ton of media to promote several movies over the next two months and can talk about WWE, WrestleMania and being the champion.
Sherlock Meltzer strikes once more. lol hanging a curtain around the ring. No boys allowed.

The last line makes sense. The elbow shit is pathetic.

People's elbow is a crowds move, the equivalent to Hogan's legdrop combo. It's to get the crowd pumped up for the finish. BTW Rock really hit that elbow on sunday so :gtfo:

Really? Equivalent to Hogan's legdrop?

Hulky had only one finishing move all his career in the WWE. The Rock has two, which only one of them is badass enough to be called a finishing move (Rock Bottom). To say that the People's Elbow is the same as the Atomic Leg Drop, is like saying that Five Knuckle Shuffle is a finishing move.

To say that it's not is to say that the five knuckle shuffle is equivalent to the people's elb...oh you just sorta did.

It's a finisher & it is the quivalent of Hogan's legdrop, the crowd proved it. Note how they didn't give as much of a pop for the two Rock Bottoms
