Rumor: Claire Lynch Quits TNA

It does suck seeing the angle end without a big payoff considering how much attention it got. What I thought that they were going to do was have Kazarian as the father. Kaz sleeps with Claire before she date rapes AJ. She doesn't know who the father is, but is crazy for AJ. Daniels hears this from Claire and wants to make AJ look bad so, he recruits Kaz to force the child on AJ. Kaz doesn't want to betray his friend, but has to so he can avoid contact with the bastard child. Claire goes to rehab, but keeps in touch with Daniels without Dixie or AJ knowing. They use the AJ and Dixie affair as a diversion until Claire gets out of rehab and boom, it all falls together. I really don't think that all of that will unfold in one show though.

That sounds like months worth of storylines, and damn if that sounds like a terrible time to even think you were ever a fan of anyone in that storyline tbh.

This whole thing just makes a person ashamed that they are wrestling fans.

Any storyline that involves someone being pregnant is always garbage and trying to Claire Lynch was horrible from the get go. It wasn't bad when it was about AJ and Dixie having an affair, I don't know why they felt the need to bring in a fucked up crack whore like Claire Lynch.

It was terrible when it was AJ/Dixie. At least the junkie's bad acting was so bad it was funny. I never want to see Dixie on a weekly basis again.

I didn't mind it, I tend to drift away whenever Dixie (same for Hogan, Bischoff and sometimes Flair) talks so her involvement in the storyline didn't bother me.

I can say that this whole thing never should have happened, the best thing to do is forget about it.

As discussed yesterday on the No Name Show, TNA ended up wrapping up the AJ Styles-Claire Lynch storyline on last night's Impact Wrestling.

Why? Well,the short version of the story is that the actor playing Claire Lynch, quit the company.

The longer version of the story is why she bolted. A number of TNA sources over the last several days confirmed that she gave immediate notice she was quitting after fans online figured out her real name and began bombarding her professional website, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts with derogatory and hateful messages about her acting, her character's actions and her character's appearance.

Disgusted by the situation because as a working actor who was still going out on auditions for other roles, she didn't want potential employers and casting directors researching her to come across the hateful scorn, which was described as "some of the most classless garbage you'd expect to see, just low rent message board loser stuff." So, she quit the company and immediately turned off all her professional accounts in an attempt to deflect the hatred.

So, the long form answer is that fans who didn't like the storyline harassed her into quitting the promotion.

This shows that wrestling fans are the lowest common denominator of supposedly civilized society, some people of this forum, WF,Wrestlecrap,Wrestlezone, especially the CM Punk/Bryan fans, they make justin bieber/Lady Gaga fans look like graduated from harvard. Same caliber of fans of WoW, LoL, Call of Duty,etc.

Its funny that the people in Naruto/Bleach/One piece forums are better than the ones in wrestling forums.

Its TNA's fault for hiring her, because she was cheap, I wonder If Dixie Carter is taking lesson of ownership from Jeff Loria....
One thing is bashing her character and crap at the storyline on tv or TNA's youtube account and another thing is harassing her/borderline bullying her on her website and youtube account.

Yes she was a terrible actor, Im not denying that, but was it really necessary to go to her website and youtube account to harass her?

Oh well this storyline was the last memory of Russo, all of his stories now are completely gone.
