Rumor - 343 working on Halo 2: Anniversary Edition

According to the rumor section in the latest Official Xbox Magazine, a Halo 2: Anniversary Edition is in the works from 343 Industries. “Following the success of remake Halo: Anniversary, 343 Industries has now started development of Halo 2: Anniversary,” reads the rumor blurb per CVG. We’ll send a mail. Currently, 343 is hard at work on finishing up Halo 4 for release in November.

Sweet. I hope they do end up remaking it as Halo 2 was a great game and it'd be awesome to play again if it's remastered/remade. Graphics would be a tad better too. It would also be fun to play online again.

As long as the multiplayer is the same and not no Halo: Reach BS like Halo: CE was and as long as the glitches and super jumps are still included, bring it on.

I'd be very excited for this if it were to happen. Only problem is, they'll fuck up the multiplayer, and I'm pretty sure we all know this. I loved the singe player for the game. The graphics were actually really good considering the console at the time. Hopefully this time, not so many fucking popping fuckers from the Flood!
