I like him and can't find faults with anything of his, except maybe that GTS is not a finisher suited for him. But that's the writer's fault for giving him that. His wrestling skills and mic skills are as good as anybody.

Based on in-ring ability alone he would get a 10. But other than Morrison and Burke, he really hasn't been in any worthwhile feuds. Still he's gotten over with the fans and he's the champ of the third brand... That's got to be worth something, right?

He has, iam not basing purely on his WWE career though, but my vote is kinda high because i want him to get a high result
