Understandable why they wanted the show to end with Rousey but I truly believe that it shouldn't have gone on last from the start and I feel as though the quality of that match actually backed up my point. Asuka is a star, her mannerisms and taunting is just top class. I popped for Lita and mildly popped for Molly. Great seeing Kairi and Ember in there and highlight for me was probably the stand off between Trish and Mickie which received a pretty awesome reaction. Steph was fucking useless on commentary too, about as insightful as David Otunga was. I really wasn't into the majority of the "returns" though, so flat and bleh.
Mens Rumble I enjoyed and should have main evented but ya know, Womens Revolution! Nakamura winning was probably the right decision and it's a massive opportunity for him now. Everyone knows he's been really underwhelming since coming onto the main roster so given now he's got the chance to face AJ at Mania and all the buildup that comes with this, if he can't deliver with this then he won't deliver with anything else. Rey looked in phenomenal shape, wondering if he would come back to the CW division to give it the star power it's sorely lacking. NXT entrants were a nice surprise and Adam Cole got an awesome pop. Hurricane was fun to see. Did feel as though it was missing one huge surprise entrant though.
Universal title match was just ugly as fuck and seemed very disjointed. Highlight was obviously Brock being kneed in the head, getting pissed and then stiffing Braun with 2 big punches.
SmackDown tag titles match didn't really do anything for me, maybe it's cos i'm not into Gable & Benjamin, dunno.
Raw tag titles didn't get to see, likewise a bunch of the SmackDown Title match but from what I saw the finish was pretty good to carry along the continuing trend of Owens / Zayn having these referee problems.
