If Vince McMahon was planned to return so early to the ring, they wouldn't have articles on WWE.com and 'exclusive updates' on his conditions.

Plus as PeepShow and This Guy mentioned above, rib injuries and 'severe concussions' are two very different things.

rib injuries are easy to fake and come back from... head punted concussions on the other hand take a while to "fake", you cant just get kicked in the head, literally like Orton did to McMahon (cause I think he actually did punt him pretty hard too) and come back 6 days later
