I understand why the international shows are considerably higher but 500k for arguably their 2nd biggest PLE seems like a steal?

It's also less than the Orlando's bid too so I guess they just liked something else about the location?
It's not even a new stadium either which they like to do for the records and shit. I'm not gonna question their business acumen though
