Kane and X-Pac won the tag titles from Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart on the March 30th 1999 Raw. They lost the titles to The Acolytes on the May 25th 1999 Raw. They won the titles back on the August 9th 1999 Raw. They lost the titles to the Unholy Alliance on August 22nd 1999 at Summerslam.

Steiner Brothers

Rick and Scott Steiner won the tag titles from Money Inc. on the June 14th 1993 Raw. They lost the titles back on June 16th 1993 in Rockford, IL. They won the titles back On June 19th 1993 in St. Louis, MO. They lost them to The Quebecers on September 13th 1993 on Raw in a Province-of-Quebec rules match by DQ.

Again, The Steiners will go down in history as one of the greatest tag teams while Kane & X-Pac will not. Therefore, Scott and Rick get this one quite easily in my opinion, no contest.

Scotty and Ricky just cause Kane and Pac really weren't that impressive of a tag team.
