Bull Buchanan and the Goodfather won the tag titles from Thee Hardy Boyz on the November 6th 2000 Raw. They lost the titles to Edge and Christian on December 10th 2000 at Armageddon in a four way match also involving The Dudley Boyz and Road Dogg and K-Kwik.

Mosh and Thrasher won the tag titles on September 7th 1997 at In Your House: Ground Zero in a four way elimination match against The Godwinns, The Legion of Doom, and The British Bulldog and Owen Hart. They lost the titles to The Godwinns on October 5th 1997 at Badd Blood: In Your House.

Kane and X-Pac

Kane and X-Pac won the tag titles from Jeff Jarrett and Owen Hart on the March 30th 1999 Raw. They lost the titles to The Acolytes on the May 25th 1999 Raw. They won the titles back on the August 9th 1999 Raw. They lost the titles to the Unholy Alliance on August 22nd 1999 at Summerslam.

The Headbangers are the only team I would consider legitimate in that they weren't thrown together to further a storyline, garnering them my vote for this round.

Headbangers. Kane and X-Pac was just a "gimmick team for a storyline" :p

But really Headbangers is one of those underrated tag teams that nobody talks about despite their creativity and different look.
