The Rock by far and I am a massive Sandow fan. Sandow is good but he has a long way to go before he gets to The Rock's level on the mic.

Rock by a mile. The guy is simply pure gold on the mic.

As much as i enjoy Sandow i think 80% wrestlers can pull of the "Intelligent" gimmick but NO ONE can does/did what Rock does on the mic.
