JBL gets my vote here. I loved him and he worked as a great heel back on SmackDown.

Stan Hansen may have a better lariat but JBL's heel run on SD! was something I don't think anybody could have imagined turning out as good as it did.

Funny match up considering how comparable they are if you go back to early JBL and of course the lariat. But anyways JBL here of course one of the best heels in a while.
