Roddy Piper

Piper won the US title on January 27th 1981 from Ric Flair in Raleigh, North Carolina. He lost the title to Wahoo McDaniel on August 8th 1981 in Greensboro, North Carolina. He won his 2nd US title on April 16th 1983 from Greg Valentine in Greensboro. He won his 3rd US title on the February 8th 1999 Nitro from Bret Hart. He lost the title to Scott Hall on February 21st 1999 at SuperBrawl IX.

Lance Storm

Storm won the US title by defeating Mike Awesome in a tournament final on the July 18th 2000 Nitro. He renames the title the Canadian Title. He lost the belt to Terry Funk on September 22nd 2000 in Amarillo, Texas, He won the title back the next night in Lubbock, Texas. He won his 3rd title from General Rection on November 13th 2000 on Nitro. He lost the title back to Rection on November 26th 2000 at Mayhem.

Tough pick as they were good champions in their respective generations but I went with Storm in the end because I really liked the storyline he had surrounding the title.

Suprised at how one sided this one is, and that it is Storm in the lead, I too liked what they did with his reign, but Piper held the title when it meant something and the matches with Flair and Valentine were the stuff of legends.
