Going Vickie here, her constant EXCUSE ME catchphrase is highly annoying and gains insane heat insantly.

Just to make things interesting I tied things up again. Had to go with Vickie because of who she is and how much heat she has been able to get. Remember she only became an onscreen character after Eddie's death. Who would boo the wife of one of the most beloved superstars of his time? How do you get fans to hate her? Well she managed to not only turn heel but at one stage be the most hated heel in the company and that is why I voted for her.
