Test won the IC title from Edge on the November 5th 2001 Raw. He lost the title to Edge in a Unification match also for the US title on November 18th 2001 at Survivor Series.

Steve Austin

“Stone Coldâ€￾ won his first IC title from Owen Hart on August 3rd 1997 at SummerSlam. He vacated the title on September 8th 1997 due to a neck injury. He won his 2nd IC title from Hart on November 9th 1997 at Survivor Series. He lost the title to The Rock on the December 8th 1997 Raw when he handed it to him.

Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle won the IC title from Chris Jericho at No Way Out on February 27th 2000. He lost the title to Chris Benoit in a triple threat match also involving Jericho on April 2nd 2000 at Wrestlemania 2000.

Three nothing title reigns here. Test did nothing with title since he only had it for two weeks. Austin never did much as IC champion first time due to injury and the second time he just gave the title away. Went with Angle, short title reign but I enjoyed the storyline that he had.

 

[Keith]

Close call between Angle and Austin, I went with Stone Cold, because the title meant more than, and the feud with him and Owen was very heated.
