Funny enough both of their title reigns biggest highlight was the fact that they beat John Cena for it. RVD's was just a bigger deal so RVD.

RVD is a midcarder who puts people over and Sheamus is a champion whenever he feels like it... I'm going with Sheamus.

Odd how Van Dam never won the origanal ECW Title. Really his three world title reigns didn't add up to much. I went Sheamus here.

Sheamus won the championship early in his career and against John Cena! He has my vote for sure.

I agree about Sheamus Scott, but would you not say the same about Van Dam's reigns? His WWE and ECW reigns were so short they didn't have much impact, and his TNA one was a total wash out.

Sheamus first title reign was more impressive than what RVD did with the title. I still wonder what might have been had RVD not been arrested for drug possession when he was ECW and WWE champion.

Can't disagree but RVD's win was historic. Sheamus win came out of nowhere. I like Sheamus a lot and hope he goes on to big things but RVD's reigns seemed a tad bit more important to me.
