I love Arn Anderson, but more of a mark for Shane Douglas' heel, the guy basically created ECW and his promo's were off the charts, such an over arrogant prick and I loved it!

Shane Douglas kickstarted the Attitude Era, Double A was boring to watch.

So tough, Douglas was GREAT in ECW, but it's Double A for me.

Suprised this is close, Douglas never much appealed to me, although I did have soft spot for his Dean Douglas character. But Anderson is one of the best promo men ever and an effective old school heel.

I really didn't wanna vote against Arn but Douglas was ahead of his time with the edgy stuff he did in ECW that I don't feel gets the credit it deserves. This is very close though wouldn't be if WCW and WWE used Douglas the same way ECW did.
