Akbar was a phenomenal heel manager in World Class. Hell Foley was a part of it so surprised with how much he talks you didn't know that. Easily Funk here though.

Terry Funk wins this but kind of insulting that some people don't know Akbar since I'd say he is one of the greatest heel managers ever. Some people who are voting in this tournament need to do some fuckin' research.
