I'm a fan of Lesnar and he was decent as a heel but I don't think he can come close to Randy Orton, Orton played The Legend Killer and Viper gimmick greatly so my vote goes to him.

Personally I'm a way bigger fan of Brock Lesnar, but you can't deny the Legend Killer gimmick. Randy Orton has the total package as a heel....

I think if Lesnar had of stuck around longer he could have become a very good heel, you could see him improving all the time, but yeah Orton as the Legend Killer was very sucessful.

Lesnar was still developing a character pretty much when he left so I have to go with Orton just based on the fact that he has several successful heel runs.

Brock did some awesome stuff as hell such as when he threw Gowen down the stairs and shit. But Orton here his 2009 heel run was amazing stuff.
