Voted Scott Steiner (ACTUALLY) because he was just a mean power house in WCW, I've always enjoyed his over the top jibberish promo's. Stephanie McMahon was a bitch and extremely fucking annoying, but I just have to give Steiner the nod here.

I'll take Steiner here but it's quite close with how good Stephanie was as GM of SD!. Of course, Steiner made that even more entertaining too.

I wanted to pick Scott but had to go Steph. Don't think you can point to any other female in wrestling who played the bitch role better than she did during the McMahon Hemsley Era stuff. Triple H's heel run was one of the best ever and she played a good part in why it got over and worked.
