Sig looks good.
Background looks good, effects around the main render/picture look good and the lighting is nicely done.
Subtext is nicely done but I'm not a fan of the main red text; it looks a little dark and doesn't really jump out, you know? That may be down to the gradient overlay or possibly the base colour of the text.
Also, very minor detail, but the 1px line that seperates the two pictures looks a sharp and stands out too much of my liking. Just looks a little out of place. Try something more "flat".
But yeah, that celebration is completely gay.

Great job with the background and effects on Rooney. To me it makes it look like rain and makes the main pose of Rooney stand out even more. I am not too keen on the double up of Rooney on the side, maybe if it was just the top half of his body and situated further down so that it wasn't one line I would like it more. Even without the extra bit on the side I think it would be great.
