That is correct. It has to be during the day cycle, declared publicly in the thread and before a lynch has gone through/been hammered.

I've sent a PM to Grim to double check, but the wording of my role suggests that I have to declare publicly during the day cycle. Can't hurt to ask I suppose.

It does mention that it stops any lynch from going through, so perhaps as long as the flip hasn't been seen I can still do it. I'm unsure.

It has to be before the hammer has gone through. Governor seems like a different role to what I have because on Mafiascum wiki they can still stop a lynch in Twilight. I know we do roles differently over here.

Mine isn't done privately either, which seems to be the case for Governor roles.

I still wouldn't know when to use this tbh lol, I don't see where it would beneficial for town to end day like that. My initial thinking of the usage of the role was flawed and not great from a town perspective.

because there’s a large time gap in your posts between when you made the post to Blaine that you quoted and your next post, so I’m trying to work out the timeline. My point is if a bunch of us had already town read Blaine, then you town reading him doesn’t really mean anything in terms of it being an independent read you made yourself
As it stands, you’re claiming a town read on him but the actual post you made in real time doesn’t support that you were townreading him at the time
