ROH announced that their next iPPV will be the Death Before Dishonor event on 17th of September. Excellent news that they have picked one of their premier events to use as the next iPPV. This happens around the time of the debut of their new tv show as well so expect it to be huge.

Yeah I tend to think of DBD as one of ROH's premier events of the year, and having missed their last PPV in June I will be getting this one.

I agree that DBD is one of ROH's big events and so I expect a stacked card just like they have booked for the tv debut. I didn't end up seeing the last PPV either so I am pretty sure I am going to buy this.

The first match has been added to the card. Eddie Edwards vs. Roderick Strong in a two out of three falls match. Really liking the choice of falls and I look forward to the final 15 minute iron man match as I am sure it will make it to that last fall.

Depending on the rest of the card I hope to order this iPPV.

Should be a great match, but I am not so sure about the third fall (if it happens) being a 15 minute iron match, that seems a bit pointless to me.

I guess that the match will go long enough already so there is no point having a thirty minute iron man match at the end. Plus they need to fit all the other matches onto the card.

Two more matches have been announced for the iPPV and both matches are tag team matches :D

The Briscoes vs. the All Night Express should be a great match and the winners here could be closer to a title shot. The other tag team match will be a good exhibition match and something for the future as well. Good to see the Young Bucks in ROH.

It is the Young Bucks match that interests me more out of the two, adding them even if only for one night will shake things up, although any Briscoe Brothers match is worth a look and The All Night Express are another very good team.

Three more matches have been added to the card. WGTT won't be wrestling as a team this iPPV but instead will each have singles matches. El Generico vs. Steve Corino has been added to the card as well. Shaping up to be an excellent card.

It is good that they have made so many matches with still about three weeks until the show, take note WWE (Summer slam) and TNA (No Surrender).

I see Corino as the Triple H of ROH, he is not the talent he once was, but is still capable of putting on a strong match, and can be very effective in giving younger wrestlers the rub, and as long as he doesn't wrestle too often I can see his matches standing out.

It is nice to see Haas and Benjamin wrestling seprately for a change.

I agree with Scott that this is an excellent card on paper. Last year's DBD was my PPV of the year and this one could certainly be up there for 2011.

The stipulation for The Briscoes vs. The All Night Express has been announced. It will be Ladder War III with a contract for a title match at Glory By Honor X hanging above the ring. I like this additional stipulation as it gives this match even more importance.

It is nice that they have announced pratically the entire card with a few weeks to go before the iPPV. Builds anticipation and in my opinion encourages more people to buy it since they have more time to plan ahead and organise payment and can free up time for the PPV.

That added stiplution works for me too, here you have two of the top teams in the promotion, and they should be able to work a very effective ladder match, also having a title shot online does add importance. Personally I would like to see The All Night Express win, as I think it is their time to shine, and that is where I am putting my money, it would be an upset, but that is what I think!

There has been another tag match added which will be Jay Lethal & Homicide VS. Tommaso Ciampa & Rhino.

Don't know anything about Ciampa, but a fit and focused Rhino can be assant to ROH, and his style of character does fit the place well, also Jay Lethal for me can be a big part of Ring of Honor moving forward. This should another good match, on a card which is shaping up to be a contender for event of the year.
