It's not a surprise that the anniversary show is going to be an iPPV. Which means they'll likely do some sort of deal for the WM iPPV's, where you get both for $25 instead of the usual $30.
They likely won't take the title off Davey at the anniversary show, but it's possible he could lose it to Steen on either the WM iPPV's.

Smart move making this an iPPV, it was always going to be a massive show and I am sure they will be able to get a decent buyrate for the show.

Yeah, Kevin Steen should take the belt off of Davey. I'm sure ROH has a few surprises up their sleeves. I would like a rising NOAH star or two to appear.
