Extreme Rules Rock won't be at Extreme Rules

Although WWE had previously been advertising The Rock for its Extreme Rules PPV following WrestleMania, F4WOnline.com is reporting that according to The Rock, he will be in Europe during that time filming "Hercules." Furthermore, the arena hosting Extreme Rules and WWE are no longer advertising The Rock for the event.

That's more heavily rumored for WM30 now. It fits a lot better. Cena/Undertaker and Rock/Brock is a big enough main event for the big 30th anniversary show, annoying as it is that the world title would have a place in neither of them.

No Rock at ER, for me, is good and bad. It's good because I don't want to see any more of Rock anyway, but bad because it probably means they'll have another match later.

Kinda glad at this. After two WM main events it would seem silly to have Rock/Cena face off at Extreme Rules. It'll get a much better buyrate at Summerslam in HIAC/another big stipulation match, especially with it being fresher given the 4-5 month gap. Additionally it would make Summerslam feel somewhat prestigious again.
