The one where the kid jumps from a roof and it pauses to say "and then he knew Randy Orton was there" had me rollingLost it at the skateboard part. 1:
in all fairness to Orton, and even though I agree with like all of your post, his latest heel run was ruined by WWE, not him. Had he been that dangerous psycho that he was back in 2009, the crowd might have reacted differently...I'm not one to support a continuous character that stays the same 24/7.....but, Orton's best run was around 2008-2010...they needed him to be that sadistic crazy Vipre again and he never really got the chance too. They've already began planting the seeds for his face turn on Raw. Even though this is just a flash-in-the-pan internet meme, it can't hurt since they're already heading in that direction.
It's been evident for awhile that Orton would be better off as a babyface again. This latest heel run has gotten him very little heat from the audience, whereas he was one of the most popular faces on the show from 2010-2013 (lol @ the article saying "the RKO Vines did something that the WWE couldn’t possibly do, and that is getting Randy Orton over as a face throughout the entire world.") And he's running out of interesting babyface opponents to wrestle anyway, whereas as a face he could work a good number of programs with people. Brock Lesnar? Bray Wyatt? Seth Rollins? This whole angle they've been doing recently with Cena and Ambrose both trying to get to Seth first would have worked even better with Orton and Ambrose since both guys are a bit unhinged and seeing them threaten one another would have been entertaining.
This sounds like a TGMI post.in all fairness to Orton, and even though I agree with like all of your post, his latest heel run was ruined by WWE, not him. They even mentioned at Mania 30, during the triple threat match, that Orton has been overlooked lately.....and he shouldn't be.....because he's the champ....I agree 100%.....I mean he beat Cena in the WWE World Title match and reigned throughout most of 2013.....whether you like his reign or not is one thing, but it should give the guy some credibility.
They just screwed up with his image in his last run....Orton can be a great heel....WWE just fucked it up.

@Tgmiveld lol Those people starts to like Orton because of vines.
On a serious note, Just look at the comments section, Everyone starts to like Orton now, Typical WWE fans. True fans like me and Tgmi appreciate his hard work. Orton is better suited as a heel and his best work comes with that alignment imo, and he plays that role so well. Orton has a great look, good worker, and decent to good mic skills. That is natural born, God given talent! Right? @Tgmiveld Such a underrated wrestler. Sadly, There's not a lot of people that recognize how talented he is. Like i said, Orton is very underrated but those fans are always going to call him overrated cause they simply don't like him.
Well, that's debatable. I could see Orton being more like a Cena at that point. He gets booed and cheered. Mixed reactions. Plus, if you give him big face opponents, like DB, for example, it could work out in a good way as the crowd would cheer more for DB and may, also, give Orton some cheers. And, Orton getting cheered for doing things doesn't mean it'll ruin his heel character if he goes full blown Vipre. Often, fans cheer for that because it's classic Randy Orton and they enjoy it. It's nice seeing him do a punt, be relentless, or hit an RKO out of no where (like he did with DZ this past Raw). This doesn't necessarily indicate that fans will cheer for him all the time like they will with Reigns or DB. I feel it simply means they enjoy this Orton more than they do the bland heel Orton. To be fair, if he had completely reverted back to being The Viper, it would have just earned him more cheers instead of more boos. The Viper persona is almost tailor-made for a badass babyface, and while Orton got heat for it at first some years back, he like all great heels still ended up being cheered eventually. At this point, I think it's too late to unring that bell. Anytime Orton reverts back to his old persona even a little, he's likely gonna be met with positive reception. Remember when he became more Viper-ish with Roman Reigns for a week or two during the build to Summerslam? The result was that he got more cheers from the audience.
lol did you even read my whole post bro? I totally am giving orton credit. I even went as far to mention that he wasn't getting enough credit around Mania 30. He's talented, but needs to do something different than his current bs routine is all. This sounds like a TGMI post.
You're not giving Orton enough credit. Kofi Kingston, Mr. Kennedy and Dolph Ziggler all had faults but never got 'dealt with' until they crossed Orton.
Randy Orton is bored. This is why the heel turn didn't work. 2009 was 2009. He's not going to rehash an old gimmick because its already been done.
Even if he tried to rehash an old gimmick, he would quickly bore of it and return to phoning it in.
Another slight difference from 2009 was that Orton was ascending to permanent main event status. In 2013, he's bidding a farewell and helping to create new main event talent.
