This has just reminded me that The Sims 1 is 20 years old. Fucking hell, I'm old I remember the game cost $99 when it first came out in NZ, and I bugged my Dad for ages to buy it for me until he finally caved and bought it haha. He said "for that price, you better play it all the time", and I lived up to that. I think the only other game series to suck that much of my time up is Civilization lol.

Civ II and IV are GOAT.

We have very similar taste in games haha, cos II and IV are my jams too. I've played V as well, but not anywhere near as much as II or IV. II has one of the best soundtracks, it never got old haha.
