(FightfulSelect) ROH TV Taping Update​

• Scheduled for the last weekend of February in Orlando Florida.
• “Talent is under the assumption they will be held at Universal Studios”.
• likely to cover the build to Supercard of Honor scheduled for March 31

I'm all for ROH actually becoming its own entity again rather than feeling like an afterthought on Dark and Elevation (sans a select few). However, the fact it's potentially at Universal makes me feel a little less excited - there's a stark difference even between the Dark events held inside and outside Universal. I hope the passing trade there manages to show some sort of enthusiasm.

I don't disagree at all, the crowd usually sucks, but I forgot ROH was even in an empty arena during the pandemic bc of how good Ian and Caprice were on commentary so I can take anything at this point lol

Some interesting info off the bat, will edit if anything else notable comes up:

• Tony says ROH has about 15,000 subs, more than it has ever had
• They’ve retired the ROH tag team belts design, new belts are coming Friday
• Tony states that Shibata has been cleared by every doctor they’ve spoken to, puts over his comeback and the match with Yuta on Friday
• There will be a Zero Hour at Supercard
• When asked what it would mean for Eddie to win the ROH title, Tony says it would be “incredible,” says that Eddie is one of the most popular wrestlers they have. Says Claudio and Eddie “genuinely hate each other”
• Says Supercard will be three hours (sounded like that wasn’t including Zero Hour)
